The prices are per apartment per day for the winter and summer season and include final cleaning, weekly linen change.
Prices shown are for a minimum stay of one week.
It is the possibility to add a 5. bed in the apartment nr. 1 and nr. 3 . The price is € 30,00 per day.
The reservation becomes binding with the payment of a deposit. The deposit is equal to ca 30-40% of the total amount and can be paid by bank transfer.
We accept cash, bank transfer.
In case of cancellation of the reservation the deposit will not be refunded. In case of delayed or missed arrival and of earlier departure we will charge 100% of the reserved stay.
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3.30 p.m. on the arrival day and should be left until 9.30 a.m. on the departure day.
Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansione and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnightstay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
You can pay the total amount of your stay by cash or by banktransfer.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in our apartments.
With the reservation the guest declares to know and accept the general conditions of our house.
