Starting from: € 50,00 per person per dayThe prices are indicated per person per day, for a minimum stay of 4 days. During the main tourist season, the apartments are rented only for whole weeks, from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.
All prices include: VAT, outdoor parking, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection and final room cleaning.
The prices do not include the local tourist tax of EURO 2,30 per person (over 14 years old) per night.
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of a deposit equal to 40% of the entire price of your stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit has to be paid by bank transfer.
We do not accept pets in the apartments.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Guests are asked to inform the owners about visitors (if they are not already staying in our other apartments).
During your stay, we reserve one's right to enter the apartments for inspection purposes.
Booking and cancellation policy:
Unforeseen events can occur and a cancellation is unpleasant for both sides. According to Consumer Law there is no right of withdrawal after the day the contract has been signed.
However, in case of cancellation the following conditions hold:

up to 30 days before arrival: deposit will be retained as cancellation fee;

from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged;

from 14 to 4 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged;
-
less than 4 days before arrival or no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
The apartments are available from 3:30PM on the day of arrival until 9:30AM on the day of departure.

We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
